1016 Cedar is approximately approximately 1,210 SF of café/retail and 208 SF outdoor space at the Locust St. Garage. We are seeking experienced food and beverage operators to activate the existing space.
Priority review begins May 27th. All applicants will be contacted by June 7th.
Lease snapshot:
Term length: long-term; based on experience and proposal
Rent: The greater of $2300/month or 10% of sales.

2. Santa Cruz Wharf Pop-Up

Term length: flexible
Rent: 10% of sales. Tenant is responsible for applicable deposits, taxes and fees, detailed in the Prospective Tenant Guide
Required Hours of Operation:
Summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day):
- Weekends and Major Holidays
- Seven (7) hours per day, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM daily.
- Six (6) days per week
Winter: (Day after Labor Day to Halloween).
- Six (6) hours per day, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM daily.

3. Cafe 112 at The Tannery
Cafe 112 at The Tannery is approximately 780 SF with an outdoor patio. This space will serve as the primary food and beverage operator on the Tannery Arts Center campus. We are seeking experienced food and beverage operators to activate the existing space with potential to expand as additional space becomes available.

Term length: To be determined; based on experience and proposal
Rent: $1625/mo. This space is leased through Artspace.
