We have various available spaces for businesses interested in seasonal to long term leases.

Interested parties are encouraged to read each location's Prospective Tenant Information Guide. To apply, first complete the Food Space Interest Form or Space Available Interest Form (depending on location); eligible businesses will be contacted to provide a complete Proposal Package.

Submit your information before June 9th at 2pm to be considered in our first round of review.

Wharf Pop-Up

Applications are now open for two pop up locations near the entrance to the Santa Cruz Wharf.

We are seeking creative business concepts which may include food carts serving light fare and pop-up retail. Pop ups will not have storage available to them and must set-up/ take down daily. Term length is flexible; seasonal and 1yr+ applications welcome

Lease snapshot:

Term length: seasonal pop-up, with the possibility of extension

Rent: 10% of sales. Tenant is responsible for applicable deposits, taxes and fees, detailed in the Prospective Tenant Guide

Required Hours of Operation:

Summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day):

  • Weekends and Major Holidays
  • Seven (7) hours per day, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM daily.
  • Six (6) days per week

Winter: (Day after Labor Day to Halloween).

  • Six (6) hours per day, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM daily.
  • Weekends and Holidays.

915 Cedar St.

915 Cedar St. is approximately 1000 SF of retail space with prime frontage along Cedar St. The space is divided into 4 rooms with a bathroom and common area. We are accepting proposals for this space and welcome micro-retail operators, group submissions, and other creative concepts such as art spaces with a retail component. We envision concepts that compliment, rather than compete with existing concepts in the Downtown area.

Rent: $2.00/ SF

Tenant is responsible for applicable deposits, taxes and fees

Cafe 112 at The Tannery

Cafe 112 at The Tannery is approximately 800 SF with an outdoor patio. This space will serve as the primary food and beverage operator on the Tannery Arts Center campus. We are seeking experienced operators to activate the existing space with potential to expand as additional space becomes available.

Term length: To be determined; based on experience and proposal

Rent: $2/SF. This space is leased through Artspace.
